At the heart of Deutsche Bank's client franchise is the Corporate Bank, a market leader in cash management, loans and trade finance. One of the key factors that have allowed the Corporate Bank to deliver growth over and above the rest of the market is the bespoke client solutions delivered by the Trade Finance & Lending Structuring ("TF&L Structuring") Team. Our TF&L Structuring Team has delivered complex debt (loan and trade) solutions across a variety of sectors and all markets in Asia Pacific. Our team has completed transactions across a variety of sectors including: renewable energy, oil & gas, metals & mining, agriculture, power, financial institutions, infrastructures and other sectors using a variety of products including Loans, Syndicated Loans, and Structured Trade Finance.

Your key responsibilities:
- Sales specialist with focus on origination of SeS deal opportunities for APAC region.
- Take lead in product solutioning to create differentiating proposition that lead to new custody mandates for DB. Product Solutioning also should involve cross-sell and embed other DB products and services.
- Lead in the coordination and marketing of digital custody and commercialization effort to prospects.
- As this is an senior appointment, the ideal candidate should possess in depth investment industry knowledge and experience, coupled with SeS product know-how. Corporate bank product awareness including cash management, TAS and DR are a plus. Other industry qualifications including CFA, SFC and insurance licenses, WM coverage are also welcome.
Your skills and experience:
- Minimum 10 plus years of experience in financial industry, with transferable skill sets that are applicable to the role
- Deep understanding of the Hong Kong financial markets, prior exposure to the China Connect access channels is a plus
- Engagement to the Hong Kong financial intermediaries, regulators, market influencers in a front office capacity; ability to engage and identify industry trend and client requirements
- Detail oriented, with inquisitive mindset to be able to conduct deep analysis on products, operational nuisances, technologies and client servicing workflows
- Interest or have technical background and appreciation to explore and facilitate in the development of the digital custody and related service/product requirements
- A proactive "can do" attitude, the ability to work independently and have a strong work ethic
- A collaborative, communicative and partnership-based approach to working with colleagues across the Corporate Bank business including middle and back office functions
- Proven success in managing stakeholders within a matrix environment.
- Excellent organisational, prioritization skills, able to take lead in managing projects and product development initiatives for the region
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin (a plus).
