- Partners with our portfolio managers & plays a central role in facilitating connectivity between them and internal/external clients of AIMHK
- Manages the relationship between AIMHK & the key internal/external clients and represents the respective portfolio managers to communicate AIMHK's capabilities, fund information and market views

Roles & Responsibilities:

Performance Reporting
- Work with Group Investment middle-office to coordinate the preparation of regular and ad hoc performance reports
- Prepare fund factsheet for AIA Wealth Funds and AIMHK's APIFs
- Work closely with AIAT and the IFM to prepare CF performance reports
- Prepare ad hoc performance report for key internal/external clients

Performance Communication & Presentation
- Meet with clients to explain the investment philosophy, process, and performance of specific investment products on behalf of fund managers
- Provide updates on overall financial market performance, economic trends and the team's market outlook
- Work with fund managers to draft performance review reports

Fund DDQ & RFP Preparation
- Coordinate with internal functions within AIMHK to consolidate DDQ & RFP responses

Fund Marketing
- Coordinate with internal functions within AIMHK to manage the contents of AIMHK website
- Draft proposal for new fund product
- Prepare fund marketing materials

Minimum Job Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of investment communication and/or fund product development experience in insurers, asset managers, banks or wealth management companies
- Degree in business-related subjects
- Investment-related professional qualification (e.g. CFA, CAIA, CFP, etc.)
- Good understanding of ILAS, MPF and wealth management products
- Understanding of ILAS & MPF competitive landscape and fund range of major banks & insurers
- Proven track record in supporting ILAS & MPF businesses and develop new fund products
- Excellent English/Chinese communicating & report-writing skills
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
- Experience in managing project-based work

License Requirement:
- Securities and Futures Commission Type 4
