You will be responsible for the creation of new business RFPs and due diligence materials for the fixed income, equity and hedge fund products across both retail and institutional distribution teams globally. You will take responsibility for more complex and high profile RFPs/DDQs.

Duties and responsibilities:
  • Work alongside the investment desks and sales teams in order to sculpt bespoke complex, in depth and high profile new business RFPs. You will also be involved in producing complex RFIs from prospect and existing clients across our range of asset classes.
  • Assist in writing new content and providing the Knowledge Management team with most updated approved language for uploading to Qvidian, our answer repository.
  • Peer review the work produced by other team members sed globally from both a narrative and compliance perspective.
  • Respond to regular and ad hoc requests from the sales and investment teams as well as the wider business functions.
  • Ensure as far as possible that disclosures, i.e. investment objectives and policies, and respective risk disclosures are reflected consistently within product documentation and across like products


The role requires:
  • Proven experience of completing both complex wholesale and in depth institutional documents - within an asset management company.
  • Experience across different asset classes: equities, fixed income alternatives and multi-asset.
  • Educated to a degree level, additional professional qualifications highly regarded (e.g. IMC, CFA, CAIA etc.).
  • All documents will be written in English so fluency is a must.
  • Strong Mathematics, Finance and/or Economics qualifications preferred
  • Intelligent, logical thinker with sharp eye for detail.
  • Strong writing skills and expert use of grammar.
  • Computer literate including advanced Word and Excel skills.
  • The ability to work and collaborate within a global team environment, adapting to different teams as appropriate
  • Coping with high pressure/deadline driven environments
  • Highly self-motivated, ambitious, keen to learn and has a thirst for knowledge
  • Fast thinking, excellent communication skills
  • Innovative, thinks laterally and offers new ideas
  • Strong attention to detail and takes pride in writing high quality reports
