Scope of Responsibilities:
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Conduct research, analysis, due diligence and evaluation and explore potential investment opportunities within the healthcare industry
- Participate in business negotiations, delivery and other investment documentation, prepare investment reports
- Engage in post-investment management, carry out project management and exit suggestions to ensure operational efficiencies
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Preferrably Bachelor or Master Degree or above with major in Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Finance, Economics or any other related disciplines
- 4 - 6 years' relevant healthcare research experience gained from private equity firm or consulting firm, sound knowledge and good understanding of healthcare industry
- Excellent analytical and communication skills with strong desire to learn and succeed
- Member of CFA is highly preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Chinese and English (Mandarain is a MUST)
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Analyst
