Century City Investment Counseling Firm seeks Portfolio Administrator to work closely with Portfolio Manager, brokers, and Investment Counseling clients. This position will be responsible for portfolio management accounting, including all billing and purchases, performance numbers, and client quarterly reports. Advent experience preferred. Good math aptitude, organized, detail oriented, follow through skills, and a good sense of confidentiality, brokerage experience a plus along with Excel proficiency.
