POSITION FUNCTIONS:

Trading and Advice Process/Systems Strategy, Execution and Improvement

The right candidate will be detail-oriented, naturally curious, empathetic to client needs first, and enjoy continuous process improvement.

Project Management

As you help identify new processes or improvements to existing workflows, you’ll always be experimenting with one or two new side projects to help us maintain a technology leadership position competitively. Once you’ve worked out most of the problems with a new process, you’ll enjoy training a colleague and handing it off to them - ensuring they are successful by helping monitor the process accuracy weekly for the first few months.

This role will also engage with external vendors to stay current in the marketplace and researching the best options to power up our business. Keeping projects on deadline and managing how all parties/technologies, etc. integrate will be critical.
