What you will be doing
 

• Leading the entire Growth Capital division globally
• Leading all fundraising processes for individual deals / regional financial partnerships from start to finish - including the creation of marketing materials, originating investors, negotiating and closing
• Collecting data from internal stakeholders (Business Development, Finance, Operations, etc...) to build investors materials and to satisfy the due diligence process
• Screening potential investment opportunities based on market research, feasibility, and alignment with Selina’s growth strategy
• Managing relationship with current investors (Local Partners) in more than 11 different geographies
• Reporting to the Supplyco CEO on a weekly basis
• Updating Salesforce CRM
• Supporting real estate growth directors to underwrite/analyze asset pipeline for regional partnerships and new deals
• Supporting operations were needed to satisfy investor DD requests
• Assisting the legal team in negotiating and drafting term sheets / JV agreements/broker contracts etc
• Collaborating with finance to track existing local partner spend and reporting to existing local partners
• Supporting the strategy and corporate development team

What you need for the role
 

• Experience in Private Equity / Investment Banking / M&A preferred
• Experience in fundraising/business development for a high growth company preferred
• Financial Modeling experience required
• Background in Finance preferred
• Multilingual preferred
• Self-starter
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
• Positive attitude
