Senior Associate / Associate Director, Debt Advisory

Our client is a leading independent boutique debt advisory and capital management firm, providing independent and innovative solutions to a broad range of corporate and private equity clients in the Australian and New Zealand markets.

This role represents an excellent opportunity to join a transparent, well respected and innovative firm in an ever changing dynamic and complex market. This position has arisen due to growth, continued success and an active pipeline of transactions across a broad range of sectors.

You will be involved with providing advice and arranging debt financing, key due diligence work, writing materials, modelling, legal documentation, liaising and interacting from day one with clients and lenders. You will have strong technical financial modelling and analytical skills and have first class interpersonal skills and will be someone who is confident but 'down to earth'.

Candidates will have 5+ years' experience in investment banking, at an independent advisory firm or professional services/CA firm. A tertiary qualification in Commerce (or similar) and strong academic results (CA/CPA/CFA preferred).
