Position Description:

Our Talent and Human Resources Marketing Manager will work with HR professionals, Marketing professionals, and various leaders from our business to create and drive strategic PIMCO Career branding marketing campaigns for both internal and external audiences. They will be responsible for working with internal clients to develop our employee brand, employment value proposition and messaging for recruiting and internal Human Resources activities.

The right individual will have background in professional services recruitment marketing. Having experience in appealing to various diverse backgrounds and seniority levels is a critical component for success.

The position is based in Austin, Texas or remote.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Execute employment-branding strategies for talent acquisition designed to highlight the PIMCO culture of collaboration, thought-leadership, diversity, talent, and excellence;
  • Partner across HR and Marketing to showcase key HR initiatives to PIMCO employees globally;
  • Maintain an ongoing review of ROI on recruitment marketing strategy and adjustments as necessary;
  • Ensure that the appropriate Marketing technologies are being utilized to engage the broadest audience possible;
  • Work alongside our editorial and social media team to expand our curated content to be posted on social media and career sites;
  • Oversee PIMCO’s career site, recommending/implementing improvements;
  • Develop and maintain promotional materials to be leveraged for campus and lateral recruiting efforts;
  • Create brand awareness opportunities with storytelling content that resonates with a diverse set of audience;
  • Craft speaking points to be utilized for speaking engagements with external candidates;
  • Manage employer brand presence on various channels, job boards, networking channels, etc;
  • Enhance internal talent initiatives by developing consistent templates and leveraging existing internal communication structures;
  • Work alongside our Employee Resource Groups to market History and Heritage Month events including International Women’s Day, Pride Month, Black History Month, and Hispanic Heritage Month.


Position Requirements:

  • 4-6 years’ experience in a marketing environment, recruiting or HR focus strongly preferred;
  • Working knowledge of recruitment marketing channels, Microsoft Office, Handshake, LinkedIn, Workday and CRMs;
  • Possess a global mindset and demonstrated experience operating in matrixed organizations;
  • Proven track record of expanding career brand presence at a professional services firm;
  • Able to leverage interpersonal skills to establish effective relationships with a broad variety of stakeholders and partners including internal/ external customers, business partners, team members, global recruiting organization colleagues and experience managing multiple vendor relationships with strategic partners across the globe;
  • Ability to operate with a sense of urgency, ability to set direction and execute with a proven sense of accountability and decisiveness, prioritize work on an autonomous basis while being adaptable and flexible;
  • High attention to detail, balanced with appreciation of the bigger-picture goals and objectives;
  • Intellectually curious, proactively seeking and developing new opportunities with excellent presentation and communication skills across all levels.
