Senior Investment Manager (m / f / d)

Your tasks
Holistic management of the business cases in our fund products
Full responsibility for real estate investments and transactions
Sustainable analysis and assessment of investment opportunities
Preparation of business plans (real estate funds, joint ventures and hybrid structures)
Monitoring of investment strategies with regard to return, liquidity and risk
Development of innovative real estate investment structures including (re-)financing
Analysis of balance sheet ratios and definition of KPIs
Conducting contract negotiations and leading a motivated team
Confidential contact with and reporting to institutional investors

Your qualifications
Degree in economics with a financial or real estate focus
Several years of experience in investment banking
Very good knowledge of real estate and the financial sector
Several years of management experience
Confident and convincing appearance as well as excellent manners
Very good English and MS Office skills
High affinity for numbers, analytical ability and result orientation
Independent, self-reliant and flexible way of working
