This is a varied front office role supporting the firm's COO, which includes responsibility for the following:
  • Build and review of daily front office P&L and risk controls;
  • Ownership of analytics suite to better understand and drive business unit performance;
  • Development of analytical tools in conjunction with technology team;
  • Handling any issues related to risk, pricing, P&L, stress testing;
  • Transaction Cost Analysis;
  • Product Owner of investment platform;
  • Ad-hoc project work to drive efficiency and optimize performance

This is a challenging, analytical role with significant visibility and access to the business . As such, the successful candidate should possess the following:
  • 1-3 years' relevant experience as portfolio, risk, trading or valuations analyst;
  • Asset class agnostic, with a preference for FICC markets/products;
  • Experience with pricing and transaction cost analysis a plus;
  • A minimum of a Bachelors degree in computer science, economics, engineering, finance, math, operations research, , statistics or related technical discipline from a top school, CFA charterholders preferred;
  • Outstanding analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively, translating seamlessly between the business and technology;
  • Hands-on technical competency with Python required. Additional programming languages a plus.
  • High degree of motivation, intellectual curiosity and delivery focus.
