About the position
• Responsible for budgeting and forecasting short/long-term plans, as well as preparing and analyzing internal and external financial reports
• Activities include managing risks and opportunities, monitoring the organization's revenue and expenses and follow up to financial reports and P&L for different business lines
Requirements
• Manages aspects of financial and budgeting related needs and requirements, including annual target and budget process across the Consulting, Marketing Services & Others organization
• Provides financial insights to group heads/executives, applying an understanding of budgets, local and regional purchases and forecasts at a detailed level across the Executive organization (Consulting, Marketing Services & Others)
• Reviews and consolidates designated reports (monthly, quarterly, annual) and analysis, communicating findings and operating notes from regions and business units to group/business unit leadership, across the Consulting, Marketing Services & Others organization
• Executes strategy and business processes improvement initiatives by building and maintaining financial tools to perform analysis and modeling; reviews and creates suggestions to product and business unit plans across the Consulting, Marketing Services & Others organization
• Escalates analysis and key findings to group heads and executives to ensure alignment within the organization
• Embodies different business lines initiatives by developing, running and maintaining financial/business models to analyze performance and business opportunities (e.g. Dashboard, KPIs, financial & business metrics)
• Support Corporate, local and regional Controllers team
