The firm's proprietary UBS Evidence Lab analyses add significant value to our investment recommendation process. You will be working in London, and fully involved with the four-strong global ESG team (which is represented in London, New York and Hong Kong). The team is highly ranked and prides itself on producing differentiated, proactive industry research.
Your expertise
• experience in experimenting with large data sets and/ or model building, and a reasonable level of statistical literacy
• able to digest large amounts of written material and pick out what is likely to be most important or relevant to the team
• excellent oral and written communication skills in English; additional languages desirable
• solid know-how of Microsoft Excel / Power Point / Office products, along with strong data visualisation skills
• interest in the Sustainable sector is desirable
• the team welcome applicants from a range of backgrounds including equity research, consulting, investment banking and private equity
• ACA/ CFA qualifications are desirable
• comfortable building/working with large data sets and have excellent attention to detail
