Corporate Credit Analyst (Midcaps) - AVP

You will be involved in:

• Credit Ratings and Credit Analysis of an assigned portfolio of mid market companies, typically with a turnover between $100-500 million and EBITDA in the region of $10-100 million.
• You will be the lead analyst responsible for somewhere in the region of 10-12 new transactions on a yearly basis
• Interaction with senior management of the mid market corporates being analysed, in addition to external investors, issuers, journalists and bankers.
• Writing and publishing detailed credit reports
• In time, you will become involved in Credit Committees for Corporate based transactions

You will have the following experience:

• Strong credit analysis / credit research / corporate finance experience which must have been focused on corporate companies. The preference is for candidates with 4-8 years credit specific experience but a wider range of 3-10 years credit experience will be considered
• A strong academic background
• CFA qualifications would be advantageous but not essential
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience analysing high yield / leveraged finance / mid market companies is highly preferred
• Ability to work within a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative team environment
