Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Build connectivity with fixed income broker/dealer trading desks, sales, research, and market makers to expand T. Rowe Price ETF product distribution and utilization
  • Champion T. Rowe Price ETFs across the organization and with key external partners
  • Develop partnerships and strengthen cross-collaboration opportunities across investment divisions
  • Develop and contribute to the build out of new tools and processes to monitor performance of fixed income ETFs and identify future capabilities
  • Establish relationships and act as fixed income ambassador with partners in the ETF capital markets ecosystem, including authorized participants, market makers and exchanges
  • Engage with product development associates throughout T. Rowe Price to assist in the development process and launch of fixed income ETFs
  • Engage and develop relationships with bond trading platforms to ensure market access for T. Rowe Price ETFs
  • Manage relationships with vendors pursuant to pricing and trading data
  • Partner with the ETF Specialist Team and Global Distribution to handle client inquiries related to fixed income ETFs
  • Build engagement plan and processes with fixed income liquidity providers
  • Document key functions and best practices for T. Rowe Price fixed income ETFs including the development of a comprehensive procedure manual
  • Develop reporting capabilities to capture fixed income ETF activity and competitive analysis.
  • Provide market surveillance by monitoring day-to-day market quality of fixed income ETF products
  • Lead internal education efforts on Fixed Income ETFs
  • Work with internal partners to create educational materials
  • Participate in client and industry events and conferences to promote Fixed Income ETFs
     

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 8 years work experience with relevant ETF experience including a minimum of  3 years of Fixed Income ETF  experience
  • An advanced degree (e.g. MBA) or professional designation (e.g. CFA) is preferred but not required
  • Series 7 and 63 required (or ability to attain within 3 months of hire)
  • Strong knowledge of ETFs and the ETF capital market ecosystem including competing investment vehicles
  • Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally; influence and collaborate effectively 
  • Experience with fixed income instruments and the broader fixed income market ecosystem
  • Strong written, verbal and communication skills and ability to communicate and present to all levels of the organization and externally
  • Demonstrated knowledge of trading techniques, tools, and processes
  • Strong technical skills (Excel, working knowledge and familiarity with Bloomberg)
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to drive results and operate independently
  • Limited Travel
