Sobre a vaga

As e.near’s Securities Accountant, you will be:

 

• Part of Client Partner Finance and Securities Accounting team, which provides accounting services for our fully integrated partners and performs the securities accounting for the entire Client Group

• Act as a service provider and sparring partner for various internal and external stakeholders. You will manage the financial statements of our fully integrated partners and need to understand the economics behind movements in Balance Sheet and/or Income Statement

• You will participate in the month-end closing cycle for Client entities and our partners, ensure complete, accurate and auditable financial statements

• Define and maintain accounting rules for complex financial instruments, specifically structured products, and a wide range of derivatives

• Support the accounting area in projects such as new products setup, system enhancements, process flow improvements, regional expansion, onboarding of new partners etc

 

Required Skills:

• Bachelor or master’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics or similar

• Knowledge of financial instruments and accounting (IFRS) in financial industry or a keen interest to develop such knowledge

• Strong analytical skills, willing to dig into details of process flows, system and data flows, financial instruments setup

• Ability to work independently and under pressure, manage own goals and set priorities

• Strong team player attitude, hands-on, result oriented, adaptable, and motived to work in a challenging and international work environment

• Good oral and written English skills
