    What you will be responsible for
    As Securities Finance Client Manager you will
  • Develop and execute a client management strategy in line with the overall Securities Finance divisional strategy and goals.
  • Create and execute bespoke account plans to deliver desired client experience in line with tiered client model.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and financial performance, and take proactive steps to address complaints, risks and opportunities in a timely and appropriate manner.
  • Collaborate with Country and Segment Sales to pro-actively identify opportunities to grow share of wallet, leading contract negotiations and ensuring that onboarding is completed efficiently.
  • Schedule, manage, and execute all client interactions (including performance reviews), including the preparation and follow up.
  • Organize, produce and maintain marketing collateral in accordance with corporate standards, including the creation of bespoke presentations when required.
  • Manage the RFP process in conjunction with the SSGM RFP team and Segment Sales, including regular reviews of the RFP response database and the creation of bespoke proposals when required.
  • Update CRM database (Salesforce, etc.,) to ensure accuracy of all client information (interactions, leads, opportunities, etc.,)
  • Embrace risk excellence culture (including self-identification of risks, updating non-standard risk documentation, reporting and escalating of issues in a timely and appropriate manner).

    Education & Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • CFA/CAIA would be desirable
  • At least 5 years sales and/or relationship management experience with financial institutions and/or hedge funds
  • Familiarity with Securities Finance would be desirable
  • Familiarity with Salesforce
  • Basic Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Powerpoint) skills

    Additional requirements
  • Proficient in written and spoken Mandarin is required.
  • Candidates with proficiency in spoken English preferred.
  • Travel up to 20%-30% may be required
