Onboarding Analyst - Project Management - Business Analyst

Onboarding Analyst / Location: Luxembourg / Up to 80k€

With a worldwide presence, this international asset servicer is currently looking for highly organised, self-motivated and entrepreneurial Onboarding Analyst for its Luxembourg Office. You will be a key client facing contact supporting clients from onboarding, through to business growth, product extension and client off-boarding helping drive overall client satisfaction, interoperability and growth in profitability.

Onboarding Analyst - Main Tasks:

• Design, document and rollout Operating Models
• Support team in managing portfolio of initiatives
• Provide support to all Onboarding team members to execute critical path activities in Onboarding processs
• Internal stakeholder management
• Set the best delivery, documentation (internal and external), and execution standards that are of the highest professional and competitive standards

Onboarding Analyst - Profile:

• You have a degree in Business or any related field.
• You have at least 4 years of experience in a Project Management, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• You have experience managing a range of private capital projects as well as a transversal knowledge.
• You have a strong know-how in compliance, risk and legal throughout project execution.
• You are fluent in English and French (any other language would be an asset).
• You have a good organizational and communication skills.
