Senior Proposal Manager (Presentations & Proposition)

Sainty, Hird & Partners (www.saintyhird.com) is working with the Affordable Housing & Healthcare Group (www.ahh.org.uk) to find a Senior Proposal Manager to join their marketing team. The appointee will take responsibility for the management, production and delivery of high-quality bid-winning proposals/presentations, supporting the deal origination, product development and business development activity across the AHH group, including the asset management and corporate finance advisory division, Affordable Infrastructure UK (www.affordableinfrastructure.co.uk).

As part of this process, the appointee will need to distil and transform complex information, including financial information, into succinct, engaging and targeted content in both written and visual form. This will include the creation of bespoke solutions and formalised RFPs (amongst other written material and media) in line with both client and business needs.

Key Requirements:

• strong project management, analytical and critical thinking abilities
• naturally inquisitive with thorough research skills, ideally with previous exposure to financial services and relevant markets
• a keen eye for detail with creative integrity across design and production but also content (writing, editing, tone, grammar, etc)
• capacity to work independently and to cope with high-pressure, fast moving environments
• an ability to manage a large number of priorities in parallel
• an ability to understand and solve complex problems whilst ensuring and upholding compliance/regulatory frameworks at all times
• CFA or CIM qualifications would be an advantage but proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite are essential
