We are looking for a career-motivated candidate with top-notch communication skills, adaptability in handling fluctuating requests and priorities, and a self-directing personality. This is a hybrid role that will include Marketing, Operations, and Trading support, as well as selected, high-level administrative duties. You’ll be responding to a range of team needs including: preparing performance reports, maintaining internal and external databases, creating and maintaining marketing materials and commentaries, executing trades, and more. This temporary assignment will last approx. 6 months, but with the team’s fast-paced growth, the potential for permanent placement and rapid career advancement are highly likely.



Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field

Prior experience and/or knowledge of equity analysis is preferred but not required

Prior experience with Advent, FactSet, and/or Charles River a plus

Demonstrated ability to cope with changing requirements/priorities and provide consistent follow-through

Ability to work effectively as a member of a team as well as independently

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Expert in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint

Excellent organizational abilities with strong attention to detail
