Responsibilities
Qualifications
- Assist in driving the insurance business by identifying & capturing insurance business opportunities particularly the 'HNW' and the 'Mainlander' customer segment
- Deliver 'Total retirement planning' solution to the most prestige customers particular the mainlander and 'top-tier' customer segment
- Assist CRMs/ECRMs to identify their customers' financial needs on retirement and legacy planning in order to provide the appropriate insurance solution for them
- Explore & expand customer base for insurance products
- Ensure all control measures relevant to the job are undertaken to minimize risk exposure
Qualifications
- University graduate preferred; CFA/CFP/CFMP/QRA would be an advantage
- Minimum of 4 years insurance sales experience; Exposure in universal life insurance policy would be an advantage
- Attain appropriate professional and regulatory qualifications (IIQE Paper 1, 2 and 3 is a must/ HKSI Paper 1, 7 and 8 is preferred)
- Attain any internal standards as required by country
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese; Fluent Putonghua preferred
- Customer centric mindset and ability to manage complex interactions effectively
