Our client is a glowing Real Estate Investment Management company which has sizable investment project in Tokyo, Japan. Their Japan Team is looking for a high calibre to join their team to handle Financial modelling, market reporting with excellent Excel skills and high aspiration to build your career with challenging mind.

Exciting New Role for You

You will be responsible for providing research and analytical support with using Japanese under professional Investment Director in Real Estate; assisting in evaluating and qualifying investment opportunities, ongoing development and management of relationships, and asset management of investments across Asia. It is important to compile market and property data for analysis and underwriting as Investment Analysis. It is essential to build and update cash flow models on existing and new investment projects for Financial Modelling. You also will handle Market/Industry Research. Preparation for document and Reporting related investment strategy proposals, portfolio of the companies to assist in prepare monthly/quarterly reports.

Requirements

• At least 3~5 years relevant experiences with good ability to demonstrate quantitative, financial and analytical/quantitative skills (DCF and financial modelling), and is detail oriented
• CPA, CFA or CFA Candidate would be an advantage
• Fluent in Japanese and English, both written and verbal communication
• Prior Real Estate work experience in Asian markets is an advantage but not mandatory
• Genuine interest in the real estate industry
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and to handle multiple projects at a time
• Solid understanding of MS Office, Excel, Power Point
• Able to work with diversified multicultural group of people
• University degree or equivalent - in Finance, Accounting and/or Economics, Engineering, Real Estate, or a related discipline
