A leading player in the Digital Asset space is seeking to hire a talented Research Analyst to join their NYC-based research team.

The Research Analyst will:
-Leverage a wide range of sources to produce unique, insightful and quality research for the firm's internal and external clients, which includes a range of consultancies, exchanges, family offices, financial institutions, investment firms and HNWI's;
-Remain up-to-date on developments and trends impacting the digital asset industry;
-Develop and manage relationships across with key stakeholders across the digital asset industry;
-Develop and manage collaborative internal relationships with sales, tech and trading.

The successful candidate will have:
-3+ years' experience in blockchain/crypto/digital asset fintech, data anlytics, equity research, i-banking (TMT and/or fintech focus) and/or tech;
-Minimum of a Bachelors degree, and ideally a Masters, in a quantitative or technical discipline, ie: computer science, economics, engineering, finance, math, statistics etc
-Strong data analysis, financial modelling, research and valuation skills;
-Technical skills in programming, cryptography are a plus;
-Possess a deep understanding of Blockchain ecosystems and networks;
-Familiarity with emerging Crypto projects and protocols;
-Passion for the markets broadly and digital assets (Blockchain, Crypto, DeFi) specifically;
-Outstanding verbal and written communication skills;
-CFA preferred.
