FundPartner Solutions (Europe) S.A., a Pictet Group company set up in 2012, provides a full suite of fund administration and private-label fund services. Its global team of industry experts specialises in fund domiciliation, registration and governance, as well as risk compliance and investment management services.

Your role

As a participant in our graduate programme, you will be able to:
  • Apply your specific skillset in the financial industry
  • Develop your business know-how by working alongside accomplished professionals
  • Develop your interpersonal and self-leadership skills you will require in your future career, such as teamwork and communication skills
  • Complement your education with a professional certification relevant to your area of business (CFA, CIIA, etc.)


As part of a strategic initiative led by Technology & Operations - Fund Operations and Fund Solutions, you will support the CEO and its Chief of Staff on the coordination of operational initiatives and IT development topics. In this role you will:
  • support Fund Operations departments to guarantee operational excellence and high level of client satisfaction
  • facilitate bottom-up business opportunities and needs awareness to the CEO and Chief of Staff
  • support top-down initiatives implementation, including IT developments, to support operational excellence.


Based on a permanent contract, the graduate programme will last 24 months and will include a minimum of 2 rotations (3 months each) in different business lines within Pictet Group.
Your profile

  • Master's degree in Finance, Management, Mathematics from a top Business / Engineering school or an equivalent qualification.
  • Outstanding analytical skills
  • At least six months' experience working in finance for an international company or in a multicultural environment
  • Thorough in your work, able to operate on your own without difficulty and with a persevering nature
  • A strong team player with a definite flair for communication and strong interpersonal skills
  • Perfect command of written and spoken French and English
  • Skilled user of common IT applications (MS Office); knowledge of banking software would be an advantage
  • Experience in implementation projects requiring IT developments would be an advantage.


As the successful applicant, you will be adept at processing information and you will make client satisfaction the key priority in your work. In addition to being highly motivated, you are capable of working autonomously and as well as fostering strong collaboration within your team. You are curious to understand how things work, and are keen to go in depth on operational issues as well as business strategy.
