Our client is an international bank with huge presence across Asia, Middle East and North America. They are committed to their staff as much as they do to their clients. They are currently looking for an experienced risk professional to join its Counterparty Credit Risk Management team in Hong Kong.

Description

As a key member on the team, you are responsible for partnering with senior officers of Counterparty Credit Risk Management team on anticipating counterparty credit risk from trading and dealing in transactions of various asset classes including and not limited to Credit, Equities, Commodities, FX and Rates. In addition you are responsible for:
  • generating and analysing portfolio data and reports for the respective portfolios
  • regulating and monitoring counterparty credit risk exposures
  • conducting regulatory stress testing for the team
  • maintaining a strong risk appetite and proper counterparty credit risk framework, policies and procedures
  • supporting the region on new project and regulatory initiatives
  • monitoring activities to ensure key control guidelines, parameters and policies are met
  • interact and engage with local and regional regulators regarding counterparty credit risk matters
  • approving transactions and make necessarily comments and recommendations

Profile

Requirements:
  • Over 8 years of credit risk experience, extensively with counterparty credit risk
  • CFA or FRM qualification
  • Solid understanding of capital markets products i.e. credit documentation, agreements, complex structures and so forth
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Chinese
