  • Lead the Institutional team to achieve sales & business targets
  • Responsible for the development and expansion for institutional client, especially fund houses and other professional investors in Mainland and Hong Kong
  • Responsible for the completion of all sales tasks of the company which include both IPOs and secondary market placements in particular
  • Responsible for business development of secondary market trading by clients
  • Develop new clients and close new deals
  • Provide professional investment advices and research products to investors
  • Work closely with internal business departments and back office
  • Comply with full compliance with internal guidelines and external regulatory bodies.


  • Degree holder in Finance or related subjects, preferably with Master degree in finance, statistics, computer studies and related professional qualifications, such as CFA, CPA, etc.
  • At least 10 years of working experience in Institutional sales with 5 years in sales management role
  • Rich experience in team management and project supervision
  • Good knowledge in various kinds of financial products, such as fixed income & equities and financial markets;
  • Sales-oriented with good relationship building and customer service skills;
  • Mature, independent and business oriented, with the ability to work effectively under pressure;
  • Fluent written and spoken Mandarin and English
