Responsibilities

Lead DCM team to advise, structure and execute DCM transactions in the public and private markets
Expand DCM investors network and able to maintain relationship with potential issuers, listed companies
Carry out financial analysis, valuation and term sheet structuring, credit approval and documentation, as well as debt rating exercise
Collaborate with internal teams to prepare pitching materials and market intelligence relevant to the needs of clients
Follow up the project status, secondary market and keep abreast of market information
Work closely with internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth transaction for DCM Deals

Requirements

Degree holder in Finance or related subjects, preferably with Master degree in finance, statistics, computer studies and related professional qualifications, such as CFA, CPA, etc.
At least 10 years of working experience in DCM markets with successful track records
Rich experience in team management and project supervision
Ability to work under pressure, self-motivated, highly analytical, resourceful
Familiarized with macroeconomic and microeconomic analysis and the financial applications
Fluent written and spoken Mandarin and English
