- Lead DCM team to advise, structure and execute DCM transactions in the public and private markets
- Expand DCM investors network and able to maintain relationship with potential issuers, listed companies
- Carry out financial analysis, valuation and term sheet structuring, credit approval and documentation, as well as debt rating exercise
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare pitching materials and market intelligence relevant to the needs of clients
- Follow up the project status, secondary market and keep abreast of market information
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth transaction for DCM Deals
Requirements
- Degree holder in Finance or related subjects, preferably with Master degree in finance, statistics, computer studies and related professional qualifications, such as CFA, CPA, etc.
- At least 10 years of working experience in DCM markets with successful track records
- Rich experience in team management and project supervision
- Ability to work under pressure, self-motivated, highly analytical, resourceful
- Familiarized with macroeconomic and microeconomic analysis and the financial applications
- Fluent written and spoken Mandarin and English
