A leading fintech company is looking for a Corporate Controller at Group level to Lead and drive all strategic and business initiatives
JOB DUTIES
JOB DUTIES
- Lead and drive all strategic and business initiatives forward (including investments, fundraisings, merger and acquisitions, financial due diligence and tax planning) and provide financial and accounting advices to senior management so as to align with the Group's business objectives, strategies and risk appetite
- Work closely with all business units for financial and management reporting and provide guidance to them
- Review legal contracts and provide financial, accounting and tax advices to senior management
- Prepare cash flow forecasts and perform financial modeling
- Evaluate, develop and implement capital allocation strategies at the Group level with an aim to increase efficiencies and maximize profits
- Evaluate the Group's capital structure and recommend borrowing strategies
- Liaise and coordinate with banks for daily treasury operations
- Review and approve payments and fund transfers
- Continuous evaluate and optimize all Group finance's processes
- Undertake ad hoc projects
- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
- Qualified Accountant with HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent; CFA qualification is an advantage
- An experienced financial executive with at least 15+ years of successful track record gained from MNCs or listed companies
- Management experience in finance industry is a plus
- China exposure is a must
- In-depth knowledge of HKFRS or IFRS and familiar with PRC GAAP
- Excellent command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Chinese
