Global Equities, Flow Derivatives Salesperson

Job Description:

The Bank of America Equity Derivatives Sales team covers Institutional clients including but not limited to hedge funds and money managers. Candidate will be responsible for distribution and capital facilitation as well as value add idea generation and market knowledge. It will also be critical to cross sell across various equity products including transactional flow and financing businesses and broader platform to client base. We are looking for a team player to cover and grow the institutional accounts base; the candidate must also understand the evolving relevant market structure and exhibit the ability to adapt to ever-changing equity trading environment.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• MBA, Masters/PhD in related field and/or CFA a plus
• Detail-oriented and possesses excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
• Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
• Successfully completed FINRA Series 7 and 63 (or 66) exams to qualify for immediate registration
• 7+ years of experience in Equity Derivatives sales
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Existing Client Relationships are required
