Senior Product Manager

Manage the product development process including conceptualization,design, structuring and developing product propositions for authorized funds, private funds, mandates as well as alternatives;
Manage end to end management of product initiatives including fund documentation, coordination of internal and external parties/resources to ensure successful implementation of initiativesor product launch;
Manage product approval process to ensure a robust product development and approval process is adopted for each product launched;
Operate as a subject matter expert on new requirements for product feature, client, market and regulations;
Lead projects to support business initiatives and enhance product governance and oversight;
Improve product and project management processes including product governance and registration, product/project tracking and communication tools;
Conduct product training for internal staff and provide distribution support;
Keep abreast of the competition and emerging industry development;
Conduct market research and peer analysis;
Develop effective internal and external network;
Handle ad-hoc assignment as requested by superior.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree holder or above in Economics, Finance, Accounting or related fields;
With 5 years of relevant experience or above in asset management;
Professional qualification in CFA or FRM will be an advantage;
Experience of product manufacturing, distribution and fund selection in relation to institutional client and/or private banking client will be advantage;
Good team spirit with strong interpersonal skills;
Good proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint);
Good command in written and oral English and Chinese including Putonghua.
