About the job role:

As Risk & Compliance Manager you will define the mapping of operational and security risks and maintain compliance within standards. You will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of security policy and ensuring its proper implementation in the company and manage a team of Security Analysts.

 

As Risk & Compliance Manager, you will:

- Manage, motivate, develop and gain team loyalty.

- Set individual objectives in accordance with Group objectives.

- Define, update and implement across the company a Data security repository compliant with standards (PCI-DSS, ISO27001).

- Consolidate a security dashboard for the executive management.

- Assist in the conduction of regular risk assessments to ensure that measures are in line with the risks.

- Educate users on fraud and other risks prevention.

- Identify potential fraud vectors to set up preventive measures if possible.

- Educate users on fraud and other risks prevention.

- Communicate internally and to the client in the event of proven fraud.

- Ensure compliance with safety policies, standards and procedures.

- Ensure Data security in each project.

- Perform controls and audits to verify the good application of the Security Repository.

- Follow up and ensure the application of regulatory obligations (e.g CNIL, CNDP, PCI-DSS).

- Support business/clients on regulatory issues (e.g. Personal Data, PCI-DSS).

 

We are looking for:

- Fluent in English spoken and written (a second language is a plus).

- 5-10 years’ experience in Risk Management, Compliance and Information Security.

- Experience with control and risk frameworks, performing compliance and risk assessments.

- Experience with compliance standards (ISO27001, PCI-DSS, CNIL).

- Flexibility to respond and adapt to changing business needs.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

- Excellent organization and follow-up skills.

- Quick learner and ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.

- Ability to interact effectively and quickly establish professional credibility with diverse colleagues and partners.

- Discretion with confidential information.

- Flexibility to travel within country.
