Liquidity Services. is expanding its suite of offerings in the global liquidity management space and are looking to hire a project / product manager to join our product management team to execute on product strategy, development and commercialization.

The individual will have experience in the following:
  • Project management experience across large programs and have been in product development roles
  • Effectively work across several projects to work with product managers in helping define gaps, develop requirements and incorporate into individual project plans and over program plans to drive detailed, flawless execution
  • Solid working knowledge of project management tools and management reporting
  • Deep technical acumen
  • Communicate well, learn fast, and are self-driven with a strong sense of ownership, collaboration and team spirit
  • Ability to influence and gain consensus from multiple stakeholders without direct authority
  • Ability to simplify complex problems to executable outcomes in a fast paced collaborative, agile and cross functional environment
  • Operational understanding of investments like CP, ETF's and Mutual Funds
  • Have experience in the corporate treasury and liquidity management space

Role Description and Responsibilities

As a Project / Product Manager, you will be a key member of the team that delivers on the liquidity services product agenda across ideation, concept development, program delivery and commercialization. This includes maintenance and enhancement of existing core offerings and development of new capabilities.
  • Contributing to the execution of the overall product delivery roadmap
  • End-to-end project management activities such as project reporting, project planning, issue/risk identification and tracking, scope management, estimation and other project documentation preparation.
  • Ensures project delivery is in conformance with company methodologies and standards.
  • Proactively manages multiple manages multiple projects providing status meetings and facilitates risk mitigation and resolution of more complex issues and help track projects to on time / budget delivery.
  • Helps defining detailed product requirements including business and user experience requirements, workflows and partnering with various internal and external constituents in developing and delivering on the product agenda
  • Working with various constituents from technology to controls to support the product development process
  • Supports conducting client workshops, engaging with clients to review, prioritize product features, and requirements, including updates and enhancement on existing products
  • Be highly collaborative, have a focus on teaming and be able to deliver on time and within budget in a complex environment

  • Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • Advanced/graduate degree preferred.
  • 10-12 years of total work experience preferred.
  • Experience in Product Management, operations, client management preferred.
  • MBA or CFA preferred.
  • Product Leadership Certification preferred.
  • Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
