Do you want to build a Finance function for a new Company in Portugal?

You could be the next cargo-partner, leading and building finance and accounting structures and processes in Portugal and beyond in future as we expand further in the years ahead. You will have the opportunity to join us from the start of our operation in Portugal, connecting with the finance matrix in our Vienna Headquarters

You will be a creative entrepreneurial finance professional looking for a Company where your ideas can thrive and build your own structures and processes using our SAP finance and accounting systems.

If you have a management accounting background and degree educated, looking for the next step in your career this could be the perfect role for you. You'll know what is required to manage the full 360 degrees of accounting processes, whether it's receivables, payables, month and year end closings, taxes, and annual budgeting. You'll have and develop people skills to work with and lead external auditors, banks and financial authorities whilst setting up and monitoring financial and operational controls and metrics in the business.

As a family owned freight forwarding and logistics company, we're working in a fast paced environment and our finance and accounting colleagues play a key role in the company's growth.

You will report to our Managing Director in Portugal as well as Regional Finance Head in Rotterdam, who will support you in the knowledge of the Company, industry and internal processes.
