We Offer
You will join us as a Liquidity Business Analyst AVP
• Your responsibilities include assisting the CFO team, Trading desk and Business Heads in handling the division's capital, liquidity & funding resources efficiently and act as advisors on matters of capital efficiency and strategy
• You are encouraged to understand, plan and track the current and forward view of capital usage and work with the businesses on ensuring efficient use of RWA & Leverage Exposure whilst aligning with limits
• Work closely with Treasury to assist them in meeting the regulatory requirements & tracking the cash
• Proactively work with the desk to plan efficient use of the non-cash collateral to align & reduce liquidity & funding needs of the overall firm
• Working closely with desk to comply on regulatory ratios/requirements like NSFR, LCR, FED Liquidity M odel, UK Bank Levy etc.
• Handling emerging challenges as capital usage responds to market environment, client positioning and methodology changes and supporting businesses in mitigating and resolving these challenges

The team provides holistic business view through managing the collateral, tracking the liquidity and ensuring correct allocation of funding charges to the division. You get an opportunity to liaise with wide range of partners including Business Leads, Capital Management Group, Risk, Treasury etc. Collaboration and communication are the two key pillars of the team.

You Offer

To excel in this role, you should possess:
  • Experience: 0-8 years
  • Qualification: Engg/CA/CFA/MBA (Finance)
  • Proficient knowledge of Investment Banking and financial industry & products. Experience with Equities business will be preferred.
  • Exposure to dynamic regulatory capital rules, RWA, market risk and use exposure
  • Proven experience in coding, programming in R or Python will be preferred.
  • Work experience in Securities lending, Collateral & Liquidity Management, Equities Swap, Prime Brokerage and Hedge Fund clients will be relevant to this role.
  • Quick learner, hardworking with innovative thinking and display can-do attitude & independent working in a fast paced environment.
  • You must have high level of attention to detail, ability to multi-task and work under-pressure and be a good teammate.
