Vice President, Risk Management Department

Responsibilities

1. Oversee the credit risk management of the margin financing business;
2. Implement and monitor the daily credit risk control of the margin financing business;
3. Prepare detailed credit risk assessment on magin financing transaction in a timely fashion;
4. Review and update risk management procedures and policies;
5. Assist the Head of Risk to improve the overall credit risk management framework of the firm;
6. Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Finance or relevant discipline is preferred;
2. Professional qualification in CPA/ CFA/ FRM / PRM is a plus;
3. At least 7 years relevant experience, preferably in securities brokerage firms;
4. Proficient in MS Office, Chinese word processing is required;
5. Good Strong analytical skills and conscious to details;
6. Capable and willing to work under pressure and tight time frames;
7. Good in written and spoken English, Chinese (including Cantonese & Mandarin);
