Private Capital Analyst - Family Office

Our client is an established single family office with a growing investment team in alternative investments.

Description

As part of a growing activity in a small investment team the role will involve:

1. Private Investment
   
   • - Perform financial modelling and quantitative due diligence
   • - Monitor the development, budget and performance of the portfolio
   • - Liaise and maintain relationships with start-ups, funds and intermediaries
2. Impact investing and charitable activities
   
   • - Evaluate potential investment opportunities with an impact angle
   • - Work with the Principal and consultants to create effective fundraising events
   • - Maintain relationships with consultants, councils, charities
3. Ad-hoc projects
   
   • - Actively participate in research and development of new investment and charitable ideas
   • - Lead / contributes to transversal projects for the entire family office
   • Travel is expected to represent between 20% and 25% of the work time.

Profile

• Ambitious, forward thinking and up to date with new technologies.
• Proven experience in transaction services with a Big 4, family office, VC fund, investment bank or social economics.
• Good understanding of private investments
• Humility, hands-on mentality, willingness to work in a small structure
• Strong team-player, eagerness to learn, strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in direct investments and/or participation in the CFA program are an advantage
