Senior Manager - Investment Banking

•Be a part of the Corporate Advisory team handling the execution of Equity Capital Markets and Mergers and Acquisition transactions.

•Conduct in-depth research and financial analysis on companies / industries / markets.

•Assist in preparing pitch documents, presentation material, research, and financial models required for ongoing and potential transactions.

•Perform financial analysis for company valuations and prepare pitch documents, information memoranda and other presentations.

•Interact with various stakeholders and potential clients for new business opportunities. 

•Provide customized solutions for clients during M&A, capital raising and/or financial advisory transactions.

•Lead the deal teams to execute transactions in a timely manner.

•Liaise with all stakeholders including due diligence advisors, third party advisors and regulatory authorities in executing transactions.
