Job Responsibilities

Sales Support / Client and Administrator Liaison / Administrative Assistant --Investor Relations

  • Provide support as needed to team members engaged in sales to institutional investors and high-net-worth individuals and the point person working with the firm’s clients and custodian on administrative matters   
  • Support the firm’s President and SVP Investor Relations in investor sales including lead generation calls, follow-up calls/e-mails, calendar management, scheduling meetings, issuing investor relations kits and assisting e-marketing campaigns   
  • Organizing, filing and updating investor relations materials for the team  
  • Follow and refine policies and procedure to accept investor capital to the firm
  • Wholly responsible for sending out legal documents to investors and provide deliverables to the firms administrator and custodians to meet monthly investment deadlines, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
  • Spearhead and coordinate requests for additional information from the firms administrator and client IRA custodians, track and submit regulatory filings
  • Handle investor administrative and account change requests (address changes, new tax forms, distribution elections) and process all requisite paperwork internally, and externally (administrators, custodians, tax and legal counsel), ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
  • Ensure timely preparation of information to satisfy and meet monthly, quarterly and/or annual reporting deadlines for regulatory and tax matters, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
  • Willingness to learn, improve and work as part of a team refining and enhance sales and administrative functions as the company grows

  • Energetic, self-motivated with, strong problem-solving skills, such as assessing the issue and recommending range of solutions and demonstrable analytical skills
  • Interest in private credit, real estate and willingness to work in tight coordination with other team members on sales and marketing efforts to increase assets under management   
  • Personable and professional while assisting investors and representing M360 Advisors

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
  • Sales and administration: 3 years (Preferred)

The ideal candidate will have three (3) or more years of experience in a role performing sales and administrative functions, in the investment management industry  

The ideal candidate will also possess a Bachelor's degree or higher
