- Supervise a small team in HK at corporate level and functionally manage Finance Department in different locations in China.
- Provide leadership on financial accounting, control, reporting, tax planning, and treasury functions, etc.
- Update accounting standards and FRR reporting requirements according to market standards and SFC requirements.
- Ensure all the deliverables are in compliance with local statutory requirement and SFC reporting requirements. Ensure the accounting and finance procedures are in compliance with accounting and SFC regulatory standards.
- Coordinate and lead the annual audit process and liaise with auditors and external regulators including tax, company secretary.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts for company and its affiliates.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in accounting, finance, economics, business is required; advanced degrees, including HKCPA, ACCA or CFA
- Minimum 6+ years professional work experience in accounting and/or treasury; audit experience a plus
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling experience
- Strong communication, excellent writing and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Experience in financial institutions or fintech companies is a MUST
- High level of integrity, excellent interpersonal & communication skills and
- Excellent management and coaching skills
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Finance Manager
