Responsibilities
Assisting with the day-to-day management of Nordic clients, supporting account managers
Working closely with internal teams including investment, compliance and marketing/distribution in response to client queries
Coordinating client review meetings, creating relevant client collateral for meetings and defining key deliverables, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements at all times
Contribute to business development initiatives through identifying prospective clients in the market
Supporting the wider client team through acting as owner of client database, eg. ensuring database remains up to date, advising on business development strategy
Contributing to ad hoc project work when required
Requirements
Educated to university degree or equivalent
IMC, CFA or CAIA qualified or enrolled in
Multi-lingual in one/more Nordic language(s) eg. Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish, Danish, Icelandic
Prior experience in asset management, ideally in a client services/distribution focused role
Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
Strong organisational and communication skills (both verbal and written)
