Head of Risk Management (Hong Kong based)

Responsibilities:

• Formulate framework of risk management policies and manage ongoing enhancements/progress

• Responsible for credit risk concentrations and aggregation reporting, exposure methodology, limit setting and monitoring margin ratios

• Work across all business units including middle to back office for credit risk and operational risk

• Responsible for training and guidance to in-house teams for risk management and related regulatory matters

• Prepare periodic risk management reports/reviews and present to senior management

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Risk Management, Accounting, Finance from a recognised University

• Qualified FRM/PRM/CPA/CFA desirable;

• Extensive years of related experience in Finance/Securities/Brokerage operations

• Familiar with risk management measures, especially in market risk, credit risk, internal controls, or procedural reviews

• Proven communication skills (fluent English and Mandarin) interacting with various levels of senior management and business heads in head office

• Reliable when working independently with excellent organizational skills; adaptable and resourceful
