Investor Relations Associate

The account associate is responsible for the day-to-day support of investor relations programs for Blueshirt client companies.

Responsibilities: 

Edit or draft frameworks of financial press releases and other related documentation;

1. Create and maintain spreadsheets for tracking analyst consensus information for client companies;
2. Manage quarterly earnings call logistics and assist in preparation;
3. Organize investor visits;
4. Update company presentations;
5. Coordinate other IR related meetings and conferences;
6. Monitor and effectively summarize daily research for client companies, peer group and industries;
7. Begin to develop relationships with associate analysts and other investment professional

Qualifications:

1. Fluent in English, bi-lingual Chinese preferred
2. Recent college graduate (BA/BS Degree)
3. 1-2 years capital markets experience
4. Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
5. Ability to work under tight deadlines, multitask and deliver quality work under pressure;
6. Strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills;
7. Ability to work independently while possessing a team attitude;
8. Commitment to client service;
9. Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
