HSBC Wealth Management leads the Asia-Pacific implementation of our global strategy to deliver world-class solutions to Wealth and Personal Banking clients seeking to grow, protect, preserve or transfer their wealth. This involves the development and management of needs-based solutions covering foreign exchange, deposit, investment, insurance and financing products, as well as the provision of suitable market insights and updates, financial planning and advisory services.

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Investment Product Manager.

Principal Responsibilities
  • Manage the partnership value expansion with GPB, HCBS, global teams, platforms and propositions
  • Lead the continuous calibration of the digital product engagement and delivery tactics by analyzing and understanding the usage pattern manifested
  • Drive active Structured Products and Fixed Income customer base growth
  • Formulate product and channel strategies to maintain optimal offering suite of product solutions in different market situations to sustain the growing the core Structured Product and Fixed Income business
  • Drive strategic development of Structured Products and Fixed Income propositions to increase market competitiveness and enhance brand value
  • Develop user-friendly and efficient platform to improve customer journey and customer outcome
  • Solicit market intelligence and keep close dialogue with key stakeholders and customers to understand their needs or preference and new product trend
  • Adhere to internal and regulatory guidelines on product approval, development and implementation

Requirements
  • University degree in an appropriate discipline
  • Proven experience in product development or business experience in structured products, fixed income or other investment or treasury products areas
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively cross functionally
  • Strong strategic thinking capacity with the ability to translate concepts into actionable plans mobilising offshore resources
  • Certified Financial Planner or Chartered Financial Analyst qualification is an added asset to this position but not a must
