You will be a specialist in Capital Markets - DCM team, working with Team Leaders on originating, structuring, and executing debt capital market transactions.
Key Accountabilities:
  • Fundamental and credit analysis on Corporates and Financial Institutions, modelling of corporate balance sheets and cashflows related to debt financing solutions
  • Supporting Team Leaders in the origination of fixed income solutions for clients through idea generation, financial market analysis and preparation of pitch books (including coordinating and collation of required information)
  • Assist in the execution process of mandated deals which includes obtaining internal approvals, managing deal documentation, coordinate and organize investor roadshows, and liaise with all external transaction parties
  • Exhibit flexibility, adaptability and resilience to work in a challenging, dynamic environment which requires handling multiple projects and tight deadlines at the same time

Reporting to: Head/ Team Heads Capital Markets


  • Good university degree, preferably in Accountancy or Finance (or possess CFA certification)
  • At 5 years working experience ( preferably in financial services, with at least 2+ years in debt capital markets )
  • Strong Excel and financial modelling skills, including high degree of power point competency
  • Familiarity with Bloomberg
  • Good written and oral communication skills, and possess keen interaction and client management ability
  • Meticulous and analytical thinker, resourceful and proactive in finding solutions and overcoming transaction issues
  • Good interest and knowledge of finance and markets and understanding of which companies fund in debt capital markets
  • Self motivated and able to work independently without much supervision as well as a team player
