GFO (Global Financing Operations) Senior Analyst

We are recruiting for a French Investment Bank based in Porto for the Global Financing Operations Team.

Main dutties:

- Perform all the loan administration tasks such as: full loan management, cash flow management, refinancing and liquidity rate management, as well as additional Nostro reconciliation checks;

- Be responsible for performing the necessary validation steps of deals performed by the Back-Office;

- Ensure the availability of funds;

- Perform controls and follow-up actions, while ensuring data booking accuracy;

- Support the training and constant evolution of junior staff.

Profile:

- Master in Finance;

- Background in a banking environment;

- Strong experience in financing operations (at least 3 years), incorporating all facets of Facility and Servicing Agent role;

- Strong PC skills in Microsoft Suite and ability to use web-based technology effectively, including loan management booking and cash payment and reconciliation systems;

- Loan IQ knowledge (plus);

- Fluency in English (mandatory);

- Fluency in Spanish or German (plus);

- Strong decision-making capabilities and ability to identify problems and propose effective solutions;

- Good communication skills, as well as the ability to interact confidently with all levels of stakeholders and evolve in an international environment;
