Client Operations Specialist

Client Operations Specialist / Location: Luxembourg / Up to 80 000

You will provide client support for any Custody related daily activities and act as an intermediary between fund Managers and Operational Teams.

Client Operations Specialist - Main Tasks:

• Provide a high level of service by answering to daily client's queries and issues related to the administration of their accounts
• Anticipate issues, advise line managers of all significant issues, suggest resolution where possible, address concerns and escalate as appropriate.
• Follow and apply Client Representative Standard by treating clients request during the day
• Understand and apply risk control framework and apply daily controls over cash and securities reconciliation
• Create, update and review client documentations (Procedures, SLA, Operating Memorandum)
• Maintain a trustful relationship with all business partners, participate to Client meetings and share client specifics with peers to ensure continuous level of service

Client Operations Specialist - Profile:

• You have at least a bachelor's degree in a related field
• You have a client facing Experience of at least 3 years in Luxembourg
• You have good knowledge of Custody processes, securities industry, markets, instruments, Fund servicing and regulatory aspects
• You have a solid understanding of Risk Management and Compliance requirements relating to AML KYC
• You are a good team player with a positive & dynamic mindset and networking abilities
