Responsibilities
- Assist in structuring new investment initiatives
- Assist in research and benchmarking analysis
- Prepare financial model and valuation spreadsheet
- Prepare non-disclosure agreement, term sheet, investment memorandum
- Attend investee companies' calls or meetings and prepare meeting notes
- Prepare presentation materials for potential investors
- Co-ordinate and assist in due diligence (financial, business, legal) on potential investee companies
- Co-ordinate with lawyers on drafting of legal documentation
- Assist in closing of investments
- Assist in monitoring of portfolio companies
- Assist in write-up of monthly/quarterly updates on portfolio companies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with major in related disciplines
- Minimum of 4 years working experience
- Experience in private equity or investment management would be an advantage
- CFA or CPA is an advantages
- Excellent command of verbal and written in Mandarin and English
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, intellectual curiosity, ability to perform in-depth and critical analysis
