Your area of responsibility
  • Involved in day to day management of hard currency emerging market bond funds and institutional mandates
  • Coverage of selected sectors/regions and production of ad-hoc research related to current market topics
  • Actively keep track of developments in emerging markets, conduct relative value analysis, generate trade ideas and themes
  • Active role in implementation of ESG strategy across the fixed income products. Stay up to date with the rapidly evolving field of ESG investments
  • Bottom up credit analysis and creation of credit research reports
  • Support development and maintenance of quantitative & market screening tools in collaboration with analysts across the firm.
  • Active participation in Performance Review meetings, Pitches and RfPs
  • Keeping close contact with stakeholders- clients, investment consultants, internal departments, brokers

Your profile
  • 3+ years of relevant experience required - analyst, strategist, portfolio manager. Comprehensive understanding of emerging market credit space
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required. CFA or other advanced degree in finance, economics or related field is highly desired
  • Strong understanding of macroeconomic concepts. Ability to conduct thorough bottom up credit analysis
  • Strong understanding of ESG concepts, recent developments and its application in investment management
  • Proactive personality, confident and convincing team-player
  • Ability to work independently to solve problems and see tasks through to completion
  • Strong technical skills. Proficient user of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Bloomberg. Programming skills are a plus
  • Fluent in English, German is highly desired, French is a plus
