Overview
The Product Division is responsible for the entire lifecycle of all new and existing products across all types of investments and structures. You will act as the technical asset class expert in client meetings, assisting the Client Coverage Division (CCD) in raising assets, and bringing critical client perspective back to the product development team to influence product design.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Acting as the Product Champion for new initiatives including coordinating the roadmap for fundraising jointly with CCD

• Leading content development of pitch books in collaboration with CCD and Marketing and providing end to end oversight of CCD pipeline

• Attending industry conferences to maintain market knowledge and understanding of competitive landscape
• Leading the development of new concepts in partnership with CCD and Investments to extend access to Alternatives to different client segments (retail, insurance, high net worth, retirement)
• Owning the end-to-end design of investment solutions

Your Skills and Experience:

• Extensive Asset Management experience in a comparable role with fixed income markets knowledge (particular focus on alternative credit (private debt and structured credit))
• Experience in Private Debt would be preferred, and strong knowledge of fund structures and tax treatment across the US and all professional client segments
• CFA charter holder is preferred
• Strong project management skills
