Team Summary
  • The Solutions & Multi-Asset (S&MA) team manages ~$76bn with over 100 investment professionals globally
  • S&MA includes seven investment teams capturing multi-asset class strategies, tactical asset allocation, hedge funds, private markets, quantitative equity, managed futures and impact investing
  • Within S&MA, the Portfolio Solutions Group (PSG) manages ~$17bn in custom multi-asset portfolios on behalf of institutions and high-net-worth individuals worldwide
  • PSG specializes in the discretionary management of portfolios allocating across traditional and alternative asset classes, including the use of open architecture implementation via third parties strategies

Role
  • Member of the Portfolio Solutions Group
  • Responsible for specific investment research coverage, advising portfolio managers on asset allocation and investment selection
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative due diligence on investment opportunities with a focus on real estate within a multi-asset investment framework
  • Due diligence activity includes macro-economic analysis, sector assessments, and implementation selection via commingled vehicles and co-investments
  • Support the production of thematic investment content for existing and prospective clients
  • Contribute to client review activity and new business development, including coordinating with the global distribution team on all PSG business activities. *LI-SG1


Qualifications:

Skills Required
  • Degree educated or equivalent (post graduate qualifications are positive)
  • CFA / CAIA is advantageous
  • Previous multi manager real estate experience in a multi-asset portfolio context (at least 3 years)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and strong numerical skills (programing experience advantageous) *LI-SG1
